Dear citizens of these great United
States. I have a new proposal that I would like to share with you today.
This new proposal will Allow experts in
their field, (Nobel Prize Winners and Scholars) to participate & help manage
crises and important issues, hosted and mediated by the United Nations.
Today, we are much closer in solving global issues than we
were 60 years ago with the signing of the "United Nations" on June 26, 1945 by
representatives of 50 countries, during World War II.
The United Nations
has helped minimize tensions and critical issues in a global scale. However, the
current texture comprising of politicians and semi'-experts represented by each
country, still falls short in regards to world peace, starvation, environment
and health.
The U.N. must evolve once again. A
treaty, "The Nobel Treaty Act" invites and employs most surviving and
cooperating Nobel Prize Winners and other Scholars within their fields. Why
Nobel Prize Winners? Because they are highly recognized and respected within
every nation as some of the greatest and most talented minds alive on our
planet.
They
will participate and debate the issues and mandate law concerning global
interests. They will be addressing political, environmental, economical and
scientific issues.
Their functional duties may be comprised of some or all of
the following:
a). Act as a sort of Jury (decision making rather than trial) b). Power to override vote, if with a strong conviction
(can be re-voted until a resolution is achieved) c). Voice Their opinions - consultation to the U.N. d). multiple vote count ( for example, each scholar could
equal 2 or 5 votes) e). any
combination of the above
These great minds will then have a global voice to help
decide and mandate law, rightfully belonging with the most "Major-League" in
brain power for the fate of our earth. We will in essence, have the best minds
of the world where it belongs.
IT IS IMPORTANT TO UNDERSTAND THAT... this Treaty is NOT'
intended to replace leaders with these superior' minds, rather to compliment
them into the GRID' of the U.N.
This Treaty' will address most Crises and issues of the world. World Peace,
World Hunger, Global Environment and Economics. Eventually allowing increasing
luxuries like Space Travel and other essential-but, costly endeavors, shared by
all the wealth generated during peace time'.
Economically today, we are quickly and
drastically falling behind due to the lack of necessary funding during war time.
We are also in a global state of fear, mainly with current economics and the
threat of nuclear war.
Once we have harmony and cooperation between nations, this
alone will generate trillions of Dollars world wide, which would otherwise have
been spent on the Military budgets of most developed nations.
The Nobel Peace Winners and Scholars,
will not only help bring peace to the world, but can also assist unsigned
countries to join, who requires extreme delicate and well attuned council.
The Russian government and their
people are very proud and clever individuals. They, I'm sure, want to do the
right thing, but may not know how to, or how to Save Face' at this point, after
invading Georgia. I do believe that with caring and brotherly persuasion, they
may join this Treaty and eventually, NATO.
Imagine the vote count and ideas leading
towards a Pending Law' when we hear what newly awarded Nobel Peace Prize,
President Martti Ahtisaari or Stephen Hawking, or what other scholars have say
about The US Iraq invasion, or Answers towards our Global Warming Crisis, only
this time, with much greater action and Law Backing Mandates.
It is already scientifically
predicted by these scholars themselves, that it is the sense of separateness
that drives all the global wars and conflicts. However once we understand that
mankind is entangled and connected together, claimed by leading (quantum
physicists), and that all people are one' in a world that breathes as a living
organism, rather than the earth made up of mostly dead matter, we can then yield
the fruit of peace, happiness, prosperity, health, love of all mankind and joy.
